At Radiance Natural Medicine, we operate under a concierge medicine model with a flat monthly fee that encompasses doctor visits, telephone consultations, laboratory work, supplies, hormone medications, and prescription management. This approach allows our doctors and staff to dedicate ample time to each patient, ensuring comprehensive care and tailored treatment options.
Please note that we do not bill insurance and are not in-network with any insurance providers. However, we can provide super bills upon request, and we can facilitate billing for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) in accordance with your plan’s rules. New Patient Fee- $399
• Comprehensive Blood Work: Includes an initial in-house panel testing for basic health screenings, blood sugar, kidney and liver function, immune system, thyroid studies, iron levels, prostate (for men), and a full hormone analysis.
• Personalized Doctor Consultation: One-hour intake session with the doctor to discuss your health history, current symptoms, and wellness goals in detail.
• Follow-Up Appointment: A second visit to review your lab results, discuss findings, and collaboratively develop a tailored treatment plan based on your specific needs and health goals.
• Holistic Approach: Gain access to our integrative healthcare philosophy, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of your health and wellness through both conventional and naturopathic methods.
Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy Plan - $199/mo for women and $229/mo for men

• GLP-1 (semaglutide and tirzepatide) Medications: Access GLP-1 medications that support weight loss by enhancing satiety, reducing hunger, and improving metabolic health, helping you achieve your goals more effectively. If you choose to start a GLP1 on your weight loss journey, then there is an additional cost for the medication.
