Hi, I’m Dr. heather pendell

Dr. Heather Pendell is a Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor practicing in Oregon and Washington state. She earned her doctorate from the National University of Naturopathic Medicine in 2014. During her clinical years, she specialized in cardiovascular and pulmonary medicine, as well as women’s medicine.
She then worked at a busy primary care clinic for 4 years, treating patients with various health concerns, performing minor surgeries, and exploring regenerative therapies such as neural therapy, prolotherapy, ozone therapy, and platelet rich plasma (PRP) for conditions like chronic pain, sports injuries, and aging-related injuries.
To further her expertise, she underwent a year-long mentorship with Dr. Tyna Moore focused on musculoskeletal diagnosis and injection techniques for prolotherapy and PRP. Following that, she dedicated nearly four years to a hormone clinic, specializing in hormone replacement therapy for men and women.
Dr. Heather believes that optimizing hormones, along with a healthy diet and exercise, is crucial for healing and disease prevention. Hormones affect the immune system, bones and joints, heart, brain function, and gut function, which many people are unaware of. She combines with her expertise in regenerative joint therapies to provide optimal joint function because movement is the number one factor affecting healthy aging.
As a naturopathic physician, Dr. Heather takes a holistic approach to evaluating symptoms and treating conditions, considering factors like diet, lifestyle, and overall health to achieve lasting results.
